I appreciated the breakfast variety. It featured many options. the friendly staff helped me with directions often.
the decor throughout the building seemed very old, though the beds were comfortable.

I found the staff helpful. They promptly ordered taxis and suggested local restaurants. the breakfast selection included a wide variety of foods. the location provided easy access to trams and metro lines.
There was some noise at night. The walls seemed thin and i could hear activity in the hallway!

The hotel is situated near several shops, cafes, and restaurants in a pleasant area. trams and metro stations are a short walk away. This allowed for convenient access to various parts of town. it's not too far from the main tourist area.

warm facilities convenient location reasonable price
the winter facilities were warm and clean. the location is very convenient for getting to the airport or train station. it is also a short walk to the city center. i thought the price was reasonable.
The safe was too small. I could not fit my laptop inside.

breakfast had everything i needed and more. i noticed many options for bread, meat, cheeses, spreads, hot foods, fruit, muesli, yogurts and cakes were available. a coffee machine and juice dispenser.

the hotel is only five minutes walking from the nearest tram station. there is also a grocery store directly across the street, with local restaurants located nearby, which i found useful.

the room was very nice and neat. it was warm with extra bedding available if needed. the room size was spacious. and the beds were good.

The staff held our luggage as we arrived early, helpful. a vending machine is in the reception area. there are two breakfast rooms. I used the one on the ground floor, small but adequate.

helpful staff clean room extra bedding old mattress faulty shower head slow drain
The staff were very helpful. They held our luggage since we arrived early. the room, a standard double or twin room, was super clean and cozy. extra bedding was available, that was a plus.
The mattress felt quite old and uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well. the shower head only sprays water straight ahead, i had to hold it. also, the drain was slow, i had to pause the water flow repeatedly.

reasonable and clean stay
helpful staff great location leaking shower broken lift
the location was great for getting to the main attractions. we mostly walked to see sites and visit restaurants. the staff was friendly and very helpful too.
i found the shower leaked. the lift STOPPED working while i stayed there and my room was on the sixth floor. this IS quite high up in this building.
