i really liked that my standard twin room included fresh towels daily and comfortable beds. breakfast had a wide variety, including yummy pastries and strong coffee. the staff was friendly, offering directions and local tips with a smile. i appreciated the fast, reliable wifi throughout the building (even in my room on the third floor!).

the stairs were a bit much after a long day of exploring (especially with luggage).

the hotel provides complimentary high-speed wifi and it worked perfectly. there is a small business center equipped with a computer and a printer available for all guests, so that was really handy. a luggage storage service is available too.

This place has great access to public transportation. The central station is just a short walk away. i loved the surrounding area with plenty of shops and restaurants, that offered a variety of local cuisine. the location really is awesome!

The hotel is very close to the main central station. The location allowed easy access to transportation and city attractions. My room had a spacious closet for luggage storage and hanging clothes. The bathroom was a good size. I appreciated this.

I found the street leading to the hotel less safe. I felt uneasy walking alone at night in that area.

The wifi was non existent. I found this problematic. when i complained at the front desk, i was politely dismissed. there is not an elevator. Several flights of stairs were a problem.

The location is SUPER convenient, about 200 meters from the main railway station. It is only minutes by foot to the start of the main tourist route down Neuhauser Strasse and from there to the Marienplatz.

The room was spacious enough and included a large closet for hanging coats and sweaters. There was plenty of space available for storing luggage, which REALLY simplified keeping the room tidy and organized .
