dishonest practice steep hourly rate
The hotel confirmed early arrival free. a day before arrival I received an email to book an extra night. They suggested this because they "may be full. " At arrival, after an 11 hours flight, they declared that until checkout there were no free rooms of the type we reserved! They offered a different room until ours freed up, but at a steep hourly rate. I think this is a dishonest practice, steep hourly rate.

key attraction modern interior helpful staff
The hotel's proximity to key attractions made sightseeing simple. I found the modern room interior appealing and quite functional. The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance with directions around the city.
The room size felt a little small , especially when trying to manage luggage.

The hotel sits close to many tourist spots and shopping areas, providing easy access. Wangfujing subway station is nearby facilitating travel across the city. Many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff provided great service assisting with directions and other requests. City tours are available at discounted rates, which can be booked at the front desk. They were friendly and professional.

convenient location modern room
the location is VERY convenient. it is next to wangfujing pedestrian street with many shops. the room was clean AND modern.
the english skills of the reception staff are a little limited.
