mixed feelings about this stay

english speaking staffsewage smellnoisy location
the staff spoke english, a definite plus. the location was also acceptable.
i wasn't thrilled to find the room smelled strongly of sewage (i think room 211 was the culprit). plus, our room was right by the stairs, so there was a lot of noise at night with people constantly going up and down. honestly, it felt more like staying in a hostel than a hotel. (and not a particularly charming one at that!)

helpful recommendationhard mattressbreakfast selection
the staff were very helpful in giving recommendations for city visits.
The mattress felt very hard (i was like i was sleeping on wood). breakfast was disappointing. I waited for almost half an hour one morning. the breakfast selection remained the same each day, offering no variety.

Excellent City Hotel

friendly staffthoughtful tipsbirthday cake
The staff was very friendly! They even organized a birthday cake for our daughter. They provided us with very thoughtful tips for our planned trips. We would certainly visit again.
The walls are very thin.

The hotel is close to the subway station. The main street with connections, shops, and restaurants is just a few meters away. This makes it easy to access many areas and services.

close metro stationlittle natural lightmonotonous breakfast
The location was close to the metro station. That was acceptable.
The room i booked, a superior twin room coffee, faced an alley and offered very little natural light. also, the breakfast was the same every morning. the portion seemed small, and there were no desserts or juice available. This quickly became monotonous.

Excellent Location with Helpful Staff

convenient locationfriendly staffcoffee machine
The location is very convenient, near the subway station. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with directions and transport information. I found the free coffee machine available all day a nice perk.
The mattress was firmer than I prefer, but it was manageable.
Rooms
8/10
The room had ample space and remained dark at night for restful sleep. It included all essential toiletries. a kettle and tea. The bathroom fixtures seemed a bit outdated.

a decent stay

convenient locationhelpful staffsubway stationsmoke smellprevious guestsstrange block
the location was convenient. it was close to the subway station, line 5. i will consider going back to this hotel in the future.
the room smelled of smoke. it clearly states no smoking, but the previous guests probably did not follow this rule. block b, where i stayed, felt a bit odd since it was across the street and had offices or other businesses in the same building.
