the hotel offers direct access to the skytrain , made getting around very easy. the breakfast buffet was diverse and extensive. there were many east-meets-west dishes. the room was spacious and it was very clean.
the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

the staffs were very nice. everyone tried hard to be helpful. special thanks to lateef and gia. they are sincerely warm. the hotel connects to phayathai station. i found access to the bts and the airport railway link. the hotel links to the unicorn building. it houses restaurants and a nail salon.
i noticed my rain coat was missing on our last day. i placed the coat on the floor. i did not use it since. they checked with housekeeping, but they denied taking the jacket. i wasn't offered a refund.

my stay included access to an executive lounge , with great food options. i found many drink choices were available. the room was large and the bed offered comfort. small additions by the staff added to the special quality of the stay.
the restroom facility near the pool could use some improvement. water sometimes flowed out of it onto the surrounding area. this created a slight inconvenience for pool users.

The hotel's direct access to the train station was a great convenience. I appreciated the two pool options. One provided a great sunset view, and the other was perfect for sunrise.
