the spacious room met my basic needs. it was acceptable for a short stay.
The bathroom had a persistent sewer drainage smell on my last day. i suspect it came from the pipes. It was quite unpleasant. the odor really lingered.

the location was excellent, quite close to vitoshia street. i really liked that there was free coffee available. the room's heater worked constantly, and there was always hot water. i did appreciate that.
the toilet paper quality could improve as it tore easily. i noticed the absence of soap in the shower dispenser. this required me to step out to get soap from the sink area, that was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is located about five minutes from the main shopping street. metro and tram stops are nearby. i saw many tourist attractions only a short walk away, that was really great.

the location was great. i was able to walk to many attractions. the room i had included a fridge for keeping things cold (which was useful!).
the parking cost extra at 25 bgn per night. i didn't think the bed was very comfortable. the sheets also didn't feel very clean (i expected better).
