The location was very central to everything. There was a supermarket just steps away from the entrance. I found that convenient. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was a buffet with fresh vegetables and fruit. It was good and tasty.
The check-in process was slow, causing delays. The room had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. The air conditioning unit was not working. I had to request a portable space heater.

Diyan at reception was very helpful. He provided useful information (like a personal tourist center!). The location is central, made exploring easy. The room was clean and had everything I needed.
The hotel could use some updates. I noticed the ventilation in the bathroom carried a cigarette smell, even in a non-smoking room. This was a bit bothersome.

The breakfast was good. It offered fresh vegetables and fruits. the hotel is located in the city center. the staff was very friendly and tried hard to give excellent hospitality.
the hotel didn't accept card payments when i arrived. i had to find an exchange office late at night to pay with cash. it was difficult after a long journey.

The hotel has a chinese restaurant. Prices are reasonable, and the food is tasty. breakfast was a buffet with fresh options. fresh vegetables and fruits were available.
