central location helpful staff fresh scent inaccurate pictures low ceiling bathroom fan

the location is central i was close to many attractions. the staff were helpful i appreciated their kindness. the scent in the reception area was nice it was always fresh.

the room was not like the pictures i saw online it looked different in person. the ceiling was low it felt quite cramped. the bathroom lacked a fan this made the room damp.

i loved how close it was to everything the city offers. the staff were super kind and helpful with directions i liked the good scent in the reception area too it made coming back feel cute

the shower did not have a separate enclosure i noticed it made the entire bathroom wet after i used it. i also thought the ceiling was too low it felt cramped

the location was acceptable being close to the city center.

The shower had no proper enclosure so the entire bathroom floor got soaked after each use. the room lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer and a proper desk lamp, both inconvenient. also. the noise isolation was terrible. I could hear everything from the street and other rooms.

i found the location ideal. the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. the jacuzzi and sauna area was nice.

the street where it is located is a bit dark. it was also not easy to find. the shower had no separation from the rest of the bathroom, so it would get wet

My double room included a comfortable bed and a tv with cable channels. The temperature was easy to regulate with individual controls. complimentary toiletries were provided, and the bathroom featured a shower. the room had blackout curtains.

This location offered complimentary wifi throughout the building. I also appreciated the luggage storage service before check-in. a spa and sauna were available . i noticed vending machines with drinks and snacks.

the hotel is near many places for eating and shopping. the metro station is very close. the city center is easily accessible. many attractions are within walking distance! though the parking was expensive.
