the location was convenient enough for getting around.
The room was far from clean. I found hair in the bathroom and the furniture looked pretty old (i really expected more from a hotel that calls itself 5-star). the service was also disappointing. i asked for room service at 9 pm, well before the stated closing time of 11 pm, and was told no one was available to bring it. it felt quite dismissive.
