Spacious Rooms and Great Breakfast
large room double beds fresh food
The room was quite large with two double beds plus a pull-out couch. This setup provided good privacy because of the separation of the beds. The breakfast had many choices, and everything tasted fresh. I also liked the temperature and duvet provided in the room.
The Internet signal wasn't strong, and the connection dropped several times.
Service
9/10
The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member assisted with our luggage upon arrival and helped us find our room. It was really like a maze. This assistance was especially helpful upon arrival.
Facilities
8/10
The hotel restaurant provided a nice dinner experience. A gambling room is available on-site. I found local shops and places to eat, including Happy and Grill near ancient ruins under the Metro and Vitosha Boulevard.

spacious room comfortable bed good location extra payment uncaring staff breakfast selection
The room was spacious and well-furnished (i enjoyed it a lot). The bed was really comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. The metro station is a short walk away.
The gym and spa require extra payment. This information was not in the hotel description. I found the staff to be somewhat uncaring. The breakfast selection, though decent, did not quite match the standards of other comparable hotels.
