The room included coffee and tea facilities with water. Air conditioning worked well. The location is close to both the tram and train station. The tram makes it easy to get around.

The bathroom lacked shampoo. It was not very clean. The remote for the television barely worked. Also the drain tap was missing in the bath.

The breakfast had a wide selection. The hotel is conveniently near the tramline, so city travel was simple.

Cleaning was substandard at this hotel. Windows were not clean. I think the area felt unsafe at night because of the train station proximity.

my room smelled of mold and humidity it was very unpleasant. the hotel's area felt unsafe, even though it was close to the metro station. the cleanliness was a real issue in the bathroom
