The staff seemed friendly and polite. My room included a large jacuzzi. The location allowed me to admire the Cathedral day and night.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The bathroom was quite weird, and also uncomfortable. The bed felt low to the ground and was uncomfortable too.

the location was convenient and near many attractions.

the hotel smelled bad as soon as i entered. my room looked like a scene from a horror movie, certainly not like the pictures online. the carpet was stained and dirty, and the jacuzzi was broken.

The hotel sit in a great spot. aleksander nevsky cathedral appear five minutes walk away. I admire it day and night. i use the sauna, steam bath, large jacuzzi, and salt wall, all free. massage options was available too. room have terraces. I sit outside.

the noise insulation in room walls and doors was poor.
