the staff was helpful and friendly, especially when i arrived late. the receptionist was smiling and showed me the parking area. my room had an extra double sofa ready for my kids. the breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of choices.
I noticed some leftover paper towels in the room. there was a strange substance on the shower ceiling

I found the staff very helpful and professional. breakfast included a good selection with many fresh options. i appreciated the convenient parking. It made my travel easier.
the air conditioning did not get cold enough. it could be due to some european regulation, or maybe there was a technical problem.
