Fantastic stay in the city!

The apartment design felt very thoughtful. I found everything i needed . The super nice team (I really mean it). Its location proved ideal for exploring. I also found the washing facilities very useful.
The view from the balcony was a little bit restricted, I admit.

The front desk staff was available and helpful. I found Ms. Florentine especially supportive, promptly addressing my needs with a smile. The room cleaning was prompt when requested and completed to a HIGH standard.

The location is near the river. It is a reasonable walk from the Römerberg. This hotel is also situated near the train station. The walk to shops and Christmas markets takes approximately 10 minutes.

The rooms provide sufficient space. The kitchen facilities included a kitchen table. There was adequate space for toiletries in the bathroom. A tiny balcony offered views over the rooftops for a change.

Wonderful hotel location

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I even got a free upgrade! The location was perfect because it was near the river and not far from the city center. trams and a train station are very close. I had great meals at restaurants nearby. The hotel is very well situated. I used the pool and gym. The sauna was sadly not working though.

My room included a well equipped kitchenette with dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The modern interior was great, and the bathroom had usual amenities. Everything in the room seemed generally clean and in good condition. The bedroom size was good.

The studio apartment offered ample space, a definite advantage. I was able to check in early, thanks to the obliging staff. The location proved convenient with easy access to key areas. I found everything well maintained and functional.
The tv had smart capabilities but did not connect to the wifi.
