The breakfast was cooked to order and offered a fantastic range of food. The breakfast room was also fantastic, with very responsive staff. The staff were friendly and helpful (always a plus).
I found there was no lounge. The front of the ground floor is mostly a bar with tables. There was no reception desk, either.

The room was very large and comfortable. It offered a fantastic view of the sea. I appreciated the proximity to pubs and restaurants. The staff provided a full explanation of hotel amenities upon arrival, eager to help with any queries I had.
My room was on the very top floor. There was no lift to access it.

the tv remote was missing from my room. also, the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, fluctuating between hot and cold. and there was this weird humming noise at night, almost like the building was alive.

the location is excellent at one end of the promenade i measured fast internet at 80mb download speed the breakfasts were superb and freshly cooked with generous portions the staff were pleasant and helpful. i found everything relatively new and spotlessly clean the full english breakfast had plenty of choice. the hotel offered good value for money and a comfortable bed.

A Somewhat Okayish Stay
fresh omelettesold decorparking situation
The breakfast included fresh omelettes, I guess that's something.
The room wasn't great. The decor seemed a little old, I also spotted mould in the shower, which wasn't exactly thrilling. To make matters worse, the parking situation wasn't clear at all, it wasn't explained when I got there.
