the breakfast included many choices the staff were attentive i loved having newspapers available my bathroom included both a bath and an overhead shower a fan was in my room i adored that detail. all staff were really good i found them really friendly accommodating and cute the breakfast was amazing the dinner was beautiful
my room involved short flights of stairs beyond the reach of lifts i found it tricky with cases

i found really kind staff they were always smiling. breakfast was great with a lot of variety i liked that the food was cooked fresh when i ordered. the presentation was excellent too especially the yoghurts on ice.
the standard double is very small the room was also quite small.

the breakfast offered a variety of options. items were cooked fresh upon ordering. the presentation of the food was excellent. the staff, from reception to cleaners, provided very helpful service.
the room i had was at the back of the hotel. there was no air conditioning. a desk fan was available, but it was very noisy. the bed was also very hard and small for a double.

the window offered limited noise reduction and street noise was noticeable late at night.

my room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each morning. the room included chocolates on the pillow each night. there was a weather update left each morning for the coming day.
