The location was fantastic, train station, markets, shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. I enjoyed the really good wide variety choices at breakfast. The room was clean and quiet.

I found several problems . the room had no air conditioning, only heating panels. to cool down the room, i had to open a window. the hallways had a noticeable odor. The carpets looked worn and dirty. i encountered a lack of attentiveness at the reception during check in and with luggage storage.

solid stay in the heart of it all
efficient check-inseparate toiletconvenient locationincorrect charges
the self check-in was efficient, a staff member was available to assist. the room had a shower in a cubicle directly in the room, a separate toilet, i shut the curtains for privacy. toiletries and tea and coffee were provided and a short walk across a bridge led to restaurants and bars.
the price quoted initially wasn't what i was charged, they didn't seem to care about sorting it out. multiple payments were taken, including one in the early hours, and the invoice didn't reflect it. i also believe i was charged the cost of two nights for an extra night.

breakfast has moved to the seventh floor, giving a view while eating. the breakfast buffet provides many options, so you have everything you could need. this breakfast service provides great value.

I had a corner room with lots of light. Great views. the room felt up to date and spacious. the rooms include provided toiletries plus tea and coffee. the shower is in a cubicle in the room.

the staff were helpful and understanding to all my needs. the staff were cute and smiling too. the reception is available to help with self check-in as well. all these aspects made my time pleasant
