central location kind service modern style state room

The hotel location is very close to the main train station. The staff provided awesome, very kind service. The modern style rooms were state of the art. The bar remained open until 4am and included sympathetic service.

The rooms were NOT soundproof and faced the street.

helpful staff good breakfast faulty air conditioning unsettling surrounding

the room had enough space (it was a real plus). the hotel staff were very helpful, especially when i needed directions. breakfast was really good. i appreciated the variety.

my room's air conditioning wasn't working. i also found the immediate surroundings a bit unsettling, as it didn't feel completely safe outside the hotel.

unsafe location drug use

the breakfast had a good choice with flexible hours. the staff seemed helpful.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel because of the unsafe location! i saw visible drug use and open drug deals right outside. the streets reeked of urine. I did not feel safe at night.

The hotel is close to the central station. Many restaurants are very near the hotel. Staff at the reception was polite. The room included a workspace.

The neighborhood did not feel safe to me. Many suspicious individuals loitered around at night. I did not like this. The price seemed too high for what the location offered.

missing refrigerator inconvenient requests

The location was near the train station this was quite convenient I found the extra security for room access acceptable

The room lacked a refrigerator cooling water overnight was therefore not possible There was no phone to contact reception directly making requests inconvenient I had to go downstairs instead The basin was too high this was not suitable for shorter people
