The staff are friendly. The room had tea and coffee facilities. The location is close to the station with easy access to the city center. The beds were comfortable and the room a good size.

The rooms were not soundproof. my room faced the street and there was a lot of yelling outside.

helpful staff good breakfast faulty air conditioning unsettling surrounding

the room had enough space (it was a real plus). the hotel staff were very helpful, especially when i needed directions. breakfast was really good. i appreciated the variety.

my room's air conditioning wasn't working. i also found the immediate surroundings a bit unsettling, as it didn't feel completely safe outside the hotel.

unsafe location drug use

the breakfast had a good choice with flexible hours. the staff seemed helpful.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel because of the unsafe location! i saw visible drug use and open drug deals right outside. the streets reeked of urine. I did not feel safe at night.

missing refrigerator inconvenient requests

The location was near the train station this was quite convenient I found the extra security for room access acceptable

The room lacked a refrigerator cooling water overnight was therefore not possible There was no phone to contact reception directly making requests inconvenient I had to go downstairs instead The basin was too high this was not suitable for shorter people
