I found the hotel is centrally located, near public transport options. the bed was comfortable, assuring restful nights. staff members were friendly. They were very responsive to my needs and requests.

the hotel charged me for minibar items after i checked out. i did not consume anything from the minibar. this issue required a follow-up for resolution.

The breakfast had a good choice. The location is next to a tram stop and a short distance from a Metro station. Travel to the center and tour bus meeting points is therefore easy. Reception staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

There is a musty smell in the hallway. The bathroom shows signs of wear and there is damaged veneer on the doors. I saw traces of mold.

The location proved convenient. It was near the metro station and close to the main boulevard. My room had a very nice view (I enjoyed it!). The staff were friendly and helpful.

There were some issues with the room's temperature. It was difficult to cool down despite turning off the heat. The city noise was noticeable at night because I had to leave the window open. The breakfast lacked some freshness in the food.
