the breakfast met expectations location was excellent too

i booked this hotel with amex fine hotels the website listed a $100 food and beverage credit there were no other restrictions listed. the front desk informed me the credit could only be used at a single restaurant it could only be used on a single check and excluded alcoholic beverages. this is unacceptable it is the worst non compliance with the amex fhr benefits i have experienced.

I was disappointed that the minibar in my classic king room cathedral view was not refilled . It was empty after the first night. this was inconvenient. i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
