Solid stay near the railway station

The hotel is close to both the railway and central bus stations, very convenient. Reception staff were friendly and the room was quiet. The room itself had everything i needed (even storage for luggage on my departure day).

The hotel advertises tea and coffee in the room, but there wasn't any. The restaurant was closed for a long time, so that was a little disappointing.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. I was not able to adjust it with the remote, made the room uncomfortably warm. the carpeting looked quite dirty. I think some deep cleaning would really improve the rooms.

i found the hotel to be in a convenient location near the central bus station. the superior double room was spacious and clean. everything was functional. i appreciated the staff's friendly and prompt service during check-in.

The restaurant wasn't located within the hotel itself. I needed to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast.

We arrived a bit worried about our lost luggage. the staff greeted us so warmly. our superior double room was spacious and clean. the receptionists helped us a lot. They called the airport and kept us updated. every request we had received immediate attention. That was a real help, i must say!
