We arrived a bit worried about our lost luggage. the staff greeted us so warmly. our superior double room was spacious and clean. the receptionists helped us a lot. They called the airport and kept us updated. every request we had received immediate attention. That was a real help, i must say!

The location is convenient with the central bus and train stations within a short walk. My late check-in request at 11 PM was quickly accommodated because of a flight delay.
