The staff was GREAT. I felt welcome at any time. Nyoman were pretty good too. I loved the rooftop lounge and pool. the beach is only steps away.

The service charge at the restaurants seemed high. A more affordable stay would be better.

The location is amazing. A supermarket is just outside. the beach is a short walk away. the rooftop infinity pool provided amazing sea views, perfect with the welcome drink i received at check-in. i especially enjoyed the modern shopping mall nearbywith a lovely sushi restaurant (i loved the spicy tuna roll!).
