the location was good plenty of room near the pool

the music from the rooftop bar was really loud i couldn't sleep until it stopped around 11 pm the breakfast was not great i only got one menu item one juice and one coffee

The staff was GREAT. I felt welcome at any time. Nyoman were really good too. I loved the rooftop lounge and pool. the beach is only steps away.

The service charge at the restaurants seemed high. A more affordable stay would be better.

The rooftop pool offered fine views. I enjoyed relaxing there. the staff, especially krisan and ery at the front desk, proved attentive. i found the location excellent, near the beach and shopping.

the elevator was occasionally slow, it caused minor delays.

excellent location rooftop pool welcome drink

The location is amazing. A supermarket is just outside. the beach is a short walk away. the rooftop infinity pool provided amazing sea views, perfect with the welcome drink i received at check-in. i especially enjoyed the modern shopping mall nearbywith a lovely sushi restaurant (i loved the spicy tuna roll!).

the rooftop bar and pool were a highlight i appreciated the great location to nearby attractions i found the staff helpful and friendly the vibe felt really good throughout the hotel it made my stay very enjoyable

the breakfast menu could offer more variety that said, the quality was still acceptable
