clean room breakfast option private beach loud music air conditioning service issue

the rooms were very clean. the buffet breakfast had many options to choose from and i loved it. the private white sand beach offered direct access and was peaceful.

the music was loud in the foyer at night! the staff seemed unable to assist with noise issues. the air conditioning in the room did not go below 22 degrees, even if i tried setting it lower. some of the service staff struggled to understand basic requests like coffee.

The staff was really kind. They provided a complementary cake and decorations for my wife's birthday. I only had to ask at reception. The pools were a highlight, especially for the kids. My children LOVED the pool and mini water park.

The pools closed too early. A swim after dinner is always nice, but sometimes it's not possible.
