the sitting area in the villa had a bad smell, perhaps mold or something dead in the vents. staff only sprayed air freshener that did not solve the problem. gojek and grab services could not access the hotel hotel, made transportation difficult.

the stay had a great impact. i found very nice hospitality and attentive care from the team, i had a fantastic experience overall. the team was warm and helpful. i really appreciate their work and kindness.

The restaurant was dated and felt a bit tired. The staff were helpful. the pool deck had a wooden balustrade needing repair with missing pieces.

the balcony door was broken upon arrival and required engineering. the risk of monkeys stealing belongings limited balcony use. a gap in the door allowed hallway noise, which disturbed us.
