Really good Service at a Wonderful Resort

attentive staff prompt service

The staff was attentive and helpful. A wireless call button was available at each table near the pool, providing prompt service even when staff were busy assisting other guests. This level of attention was excellent (i loved the green juice recommendation at breakfast!). I found the pillows, topper, and blankets to be very comfortable, being made of down and feathers.

Bottled water in the room emitted a strong chlorine odor when boiled. I expected better quality given the resort's high standards.

Really good Stay with Wonderful Amenities

varied pool polite staff extensive choice

I found the multiple pools quite rich and varied. Some even used seawater. Towel stations were conveniently located. The staff members were really polite. Everyone I encountered greeted me with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Asian and Western options.

a relaxing resort

i enjoyed the family photoshoot with dream studios bali. tuba and mary were great. the photos came out amazing. i'm grateful for the excellent local and international foods at the arwana restaurant. it offered a great view onto the sea.

the price for a couple massage at the spa seemed high to me. i've noticed the marriot website showed a price 50% cheaper. they mentioned the prices were not updated.

Charmed by Really good Service and Beautiful Grounds

attentive staff maintained grounds

I found the staff attentive. Jimmy, the duty manager, especially stood out. he ensured our stay was perfect and were really nice too assist us. the hotel grounds and lagoons impressed me, as they were meticulously maintained (everything was regularly cleaned). the mattresses on the sun beds were soft, and umbrellas were large.

i noticed the bottled water in my room emitted a strong chlorine smell when boiled, a bit disconcerting. this happened every time i tried to make tea, so i had to switch to using water from the restaurants. hopefully, they can address this issue soon.

sweet water pool salt water pool varied breakfast key card room access late check-in

i found both the sweet water and salt water pools were very close to the beach. The facilities were well kept. I also enjoyed a rich and varied breakfast buffet.

I was asked to wait until 3pm for my room to be ready, even though i arrived at 2pm. i had problems entering the room on four different occasions. I even asked the maintenance man to let us in. IT WAS frustrating

the location of this resort is good. the grounds are meticulously maintained.

i encountered several problems . the air conditioning was very loud, difficult to sleep, twice. the sliding bathroom door also. service by the pool was slow.

good food short walk

The pools were lovely. Good food was available too. The beach is nice and I swam in the sea during the morning. The Bali Collection is a short walk for more shopping. The hotel has a good location. I tried the breakfast buffet and it was enormous. It included a lot of variety. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has the wraparound lagoon.
