the noise level from nearby bars at night was intense i could hear music until the early hours even with earplugs it made getting a good night's sleep quite challenging it seems better soundproofing is needed

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile. the hotel provides excellent motorcycle rentals at a reasonable price, a fantastic convenience for exploring. plus, the welcome gifts with coupons were a good touch.

the staff were attentive.

i stayed on the 5th floor and the noise was awful. music and yelling went on until 3am. i left feeling very tired and let down by the lack of alternative room options earlier in my stay.

The breakfast selection met my expectations. There was a decent variety to choose from each morning.

I had a "Beautiful Double or Twin Room" for four nights. It was not soundproofed as advertised. I could hear street noise and other guests. This made it difficult to sleep well (I'm not a light sleeper).
