pool bar friendly staff unhappy lady outdated place
the pool and pool bar were great , and the breakfast buffet was amazing. nice staff , and i loved the spa. i appreciated the clean and well kept spa facilities.
the lady at the reception greeted us when we arrived , but she wasn't happy. the place is outdated , and the pictures do not reflect reality. i decided not to eat there anymore.

A Romantic Beachfront Getaway
beautiful grounds friendly staff
The hotel had beautiful grounds and excellent service. My favorite part of my stay was the friendly staff. Everyone, especially for my grandma's birthday. I also enjoyed our romantic dinner on the beach, particularly the service from our waiter Tankis.

weak shower pressure bathroom ceiling
the staff was polite and helpful. the gardens are lovely to look at.
my room was supposed to have a bath but it was just a shower. the shower pressure was weak and the hot water took ages to come through. plus, there was some mould on the bathroom ceiling, i was not happy with that at all.

decent grounds poor room service
underwhelming view indifferent receptionist
the room was my biggest disappointment i paid a decent amount yet the view was underwhelming it opened up to nothing of interest i expected at least a partial view instead it felt gloomy i asked for an open view room since i was traveling with a toddler but was denied despite seeing empty rooms i even offered to pay extra the receptionist who checked us in seemed indifferent this was not a warm welcome
