the room included complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily. the location was convenient, with main attractions a short walk away. the owners were always friendly and available, willing to help if needed. i found the hotel to be very clean and well maintained.

The location was good. the beach was at the road end. it was a beautiful place for breakfast. It was peaceful despite the bank holiday weekend. i found the room very super clean and cozy. it had good equipment and a great en suite.

there was a strong cigarette smell on arrival. it seemed to go through the building. this.

The cigarette smell was definitely noticeable upon arrival. It seemed to permeate the entire building. my daughter felt a bit unwell because of it. the bed was also far too soft for my liking.
