the room was much better than expected i read previous reviews we were greeted nicely on arrival and given our room key the room was clean bedding was clean i enjoyed the sea view. i stayed for three nights and had a pretty comfortable sleep.
the tv didn't work despite reporting it the toilet seemed to be leaking every time it was flushed there was a pool of water around the bottom the coffee supplied was very bitter we were not stocked back up with milk.

the location is really great for accessing local attractions it is close to the seafront and several shops are nearby the hotel is situated in a vibrant area with plenty to explore.

The staff provided a warm welcome and were always ready to assist. Our family room accommodated all five of us comfortably. My son enjoyed the view of the beach from the window. It was a short walk to the attractions.
I found the room needed some attention to detail concerning cleanliness. The presence of dust was evident on the skirting boards.

The team was helpful. The room had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities. I had a nice view of the sea from my room (that was lovely!).
The hallway leading to my room needs some attention, especially the carpet, which looked a little tired.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i found the location very convenient, as it was close to everything i needed. it was a short walk to the pier, great for evening strolls.
i noticed the corridors needed a hoover. the decor seemed a bit outdated, and some of the furniture was scruffy. this could use some attention.
