I found the staff to be quite accommodating. They always greeted guests with a smile and were eager to help with directions or recommendations. (they even remembered my name!)

plenty of tea and coffee-making facilities were available in the room. i could prepare hot drinks at any time. this added a level of comfort to my stay.

The location was quite convenient, close to the piers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean.

The bathroom had a terrible smell. Bedding sets did not match and were not washed. A single bed in the room had a double mattress. My son fell out of it during the night.
