i have stayed here multiple times now and each visit has been great. the rooms are always clean and the beds are super comfortable. i would not change anything at all. the bedding was fresh.

the wifi didn't work at all . it made it difficult to plan my outings. i hope they fix this soon.

My room was super clean and modern! It had a warm flat-to-wall heater, kinda cool. The design was really nice, and I actually leaned on the border around the bed because it was comfy. The staff I met were great and helpful, so worth the money!

Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, there are onions in the bathroom sink!

The hotel has a lock on the front door and one on the room door, so I felt very secure during the nights. The room included Netflix and Wi-Fi, even if the signal sometimes acted funny. I liked this detail!

The location was really convenient (I like to walk!), just a short distance from many attractions. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to questions via text. The room had a good-sized bed and also provided free coffee downstairs.

The walls and carpets look worn, and the decor felt quite dated. I noticed there was no iron in the room even if the ironing board was in the hallway. There was no communal area. I wished to socialize with other guests.

i liked the room design, it had a border around the bed, comfy to lean on. the flat heater was lovely and warm, pretty cool i thought. the staff were great, very helpful and the shower was always warm. i thought it was well worth the money.

there was a very slight tv issue, i couldn't put it on straight away as i was struggling to find the plug or extension lead.
