A Decent Place with Service Quirks

The provided bottled water and the included ironing board were useful. I also liked that there was a safe in the room to keep my belongings secure. The location was very close to my grandson's hall. I could walk there easily.
The pumps on the body wash bottles did not work. It made using them difficult. The food seemed like microwaved fare. It lacked the freshness I expected. I think quality ingredients are essential.

The front desk staff proved very helpful. john lent me a phone charger. I really appreciated that. the gym had sufficient equipment and a clean environment. the bathroom featured modern fixtures and good lighting.

The staff were always polite and ready to help with directions. check-in was efficient and quick, taking only a few minutes! the concierge assisted with luggage storage. I did not have to carry it myself.

i found the staff very cute. the rainforest shower was quite powerful! i also appreciated the location near the river thames. the free car parking was a real bonus, made my travels easier.
wardrobe space was a bit limited, with room for only a few hangers.
