train station good air conditioning sparkling water

The location is GREAT. The hotel is close to the train station. This made getting around VERY easy. The room had good air conditioning and soundproofing. The water dispenser in the lobby was a welcome touch. It offered both still and sparkling water.

The hotel parking facilities are limited.

Solid Choice for a London Stay

efficient check-in breakfast pastries

Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was polite. I also liked the range of breakfast items (the pastries were fresh). The shower was fantastic with good water pressure.

The parking options were limited. I only found options for one hour or twenty-four hours. I wish there was an option for parking somewhere in between those times.

the breakfast selection had many choices and tasted fresh. the staff were attentive. i found the proximity to the train station useful. it simplified my travel plans considerably. the room was clean and well kept, meeting my expectations for hygiene and comfort.

the room felt a bit too warm and i couldn't adjust the temperature lower.

Great Spot Near the Station!

The room included plenty of shelving, a real plus for organizing my belongings. I found the bed comfortable and the staff proved friendly and quite helpful! The location impressed me. The train station is just a short walk away. On-site parking is available and paid for via an app, which I liked.

I found the lighting in the corridors a bit too dim! It would be better with brighter lights for better visibility.

decent stay with some issues

noisy room missing sheet

the location near the station was certainly acceptable for my needs.

unfortunately, the room proved to be quite noisy at night with every door closing or opening audible (it was rather bothersome). also, i found the lack of fitted sheet on the mattress rather unhygienic (i mean, where is the hygiene here?). i really expected a fitted sheet for better cleanliness.

a decent stay

amazing team clean room good breakfast long corridor limited light no reception sign

the team was amazing. the hotel room were very clean. breakfast at the hotel were worth it with a good products and choice.

the hotel has long corridor, its unusual i think, to reach the room. the room itself is small, i think, with limited natural light. no sign for reception, so when you walk in it feels like a shared hot desk situation.
