adequate stay with some inconveniences
faulty air conditioning inconvenient sink
the air conditioning did not work properly, even when switched off. it continued to blow cold air. the sink in the bathroom was small and positioned too high, uncomfortable to use. the gym's loud music was audible in my room on the first floor. i had to request a room change.

Excellent Location, Great Amenities!!!
main station friendly staff
The hotel is very close to the main train station, approximately an 8-minute walk. Shops and supermarkets are just across the road, very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
When I arrived, the hotel had computer issues. I couldn't get a room key. This was quite inconvenient, and no compensation was offered, which I found a bit disappointing.

Staff gave clear directions to local attractions and helped with any queries. The bar staff were very friendly too. I appreciated the prompt and effective service throughout the hotel.

solid stay near the station
great location helpful staff efficient check-in easy walk
the location was good for access to the station. i had an easy walk to transportation. nearby were several shops for essentials. the staff was helpful and check-in was efficient.
The room did feel a little warm. I couldn't seem to adjust the ac settings.

the hotel is less than a kilometer from the cathedral. a metro station sits about 100 meters away! there are multiple restaurants and bars located nearby, providing many options.

helpful staff convenient store easy charging
I found the staff helpful and friendly, always ready to assist. The 24/7 self-service snack store was so convenient for late-night cravings. Charging my EV was super easy with the stations operated by the hotel staff, awesome for international visitors!
The hotel allows dogs, I was bringing mine, but my dog was not allowed in the breakfast area, a shame.

My beautiful guest room offered ample space and modern decor, I found the king-size bed very comfortable and the room was clean. The tv was a great addition, I enjoyed many relaxing moments watching it.

friendly staff good room size varied breakfast convenient location
The staff was really great. The room I had was a good size and everything inside was very nice. The breakfast had so many options. Getting around the city was easy because the main train station is only a 15-minute walk. I found good places to eat and supermarkets near the train station too.
The telephone mobile charger didn't worked, but I didn't report it.
