The room i had was not clean. The toilet was not clean when i arrived. the rooms are cleaned every two days, that is too bad because i was here for a weekend. the family room lacks places to put clothes. also, the second bed is just a sofa.

the location provided easy access to the train station it was only a ten-minute walk the cathedral was just beyond the station. the walk to the river and the hohenzollern bridge also took only ten minutes. i appreciated the elevator it had a window.

the parking charge seemed quite high to me. the room i had smelled of smoke i found this unpleasant. i thought the bathroom needed some improvements the shower head was quite small.

The check in process was super easy. The lady at reception even upgraded my room, i guess i looked like i needed it.

The beds were uncomfortable. They reminded me of sleeping on concrete. ac didn't work well either. The room was hot and stuffy, a real joy.
