I found the location to be really good with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The staff exhibited genuine kindness and were always ready to help with any questions. I particularly appreciated the upgrade to a super room, it added a touch of luxury to my stay.

I noticed some surfaces in the rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning, it detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. Line 5 is right in front. It is an easy walk to the cathedral too.

I found a misleading advertisement regarding the indoor pool. The gym facilities require an additional charge of €18 per person per day. It was not clear when i booked.
