the reception team were great I guess, very friendly and helpful so that's SOMETHING.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable it's true. The shower's water pressure was HORRIBLE and it changed temperature all the time, one moment boiling hot the next super freezing, pretty nasty i must say. It even smelled like sewer. I'm not making this up.

the room was quite spacious and it was modern. i found the bed to be very comfortable so i slept well. breakfast was quite good with daily changes to the options.

the staff on the phone were unfriendly when i called before arrival. the bathroom was not properly cleaned when i first used it and i noticed urine stains. the ventilation was very loud and it was hard to adjust the temperature.
