The staff was FRIENDLY and helpful. My room included a full-size fridge which was very useful for storing drinks and snacks. I also found the free mini safe a nice touch.
The noise from a nearby nightclub was noticeable, which affected my sleep quality.

The hotel is situated right on the beach, so access is easy. A bus stop is right outside the hotel, and it takes you to local towns. The hotel is five minutes from the center.

My room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and the air conditioning was GREAT. The room included a sea view, very enjoyable. Blackout curtains were present, which helped improve sleep quality.

The welcome was warm, the staff attentive. i especially LOVED breakfast by the sea. It was magical. our bedroom felt comfortable, with daily cleaning and fresh towels, it was a real treat.
the room we initially received felt a little SMALL, like a cupboard, and this was a disappointment. it impacted our initial impression, but thankfully, everything else was lovely.

my double room sea view included a balcony, i found the views to be amazing. the room was large with plenty of space for luggage. the shower had good water pressure. breakfast was delicious with many choices.
the pillows were a little too soft, i prefer firmer ones.

the breakfast had plenty of choice. amazing views were also available. the lady receptionist was amazing. she was always there to help and nothing was too much trouble.
our room was small. heating didnt work in it either, so the room was cold and damp. i found mildew in the wardrobes and on the walls. staff said it was because of the rain.
