Acceptable stay overall
clean hotel fresh appearance quick lifts ineffective air conditioning noisy room loud entertainment
The hotel was very clean. Everything looked fresh. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Lifts were quick, taking you to your floor easily.
The air conditioning was ineffective. The room never got below 26 degrees. Our room was noisy at night due to a loud entertainment system. It sounded like someone shouting into a microphone FOR hours.

helpful staff clean room plentiful breakfasts
the reception staff were friendly and helpful to me. my room was good and i found it kept clean daily by the cleaners. the breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful (especially the pastries).
the hotel entertainment at night felt geared primarily towards spanish speakers.

Very clean with great amenities
comfortable rooms quick lifts wonderful beach
the rooms were comfortable and super clean. quick lifts provided easy access to all floors. a wonderful beach across the road offered a great swimming area. the pool area had plenty of sunbeds available.
i noticed dishes did not contain enough english descriptions.

the restaurant was always clean with a wide range of options. there was a lot of choice, i found it quite good. it provides a very solid culinary experience.

public transport was readily available with stops very close to the hotel. it allowed for adventurous exploration at a reasonable price. the hotel is well located and easy to find.

the staff was friendly, i appreciated the good service. staff were efficient during check in. most members were very cute, i appreciated that a lot during the visit.

the pool area was very good and provided many sun beds . this means a relaxed and enjoyable time is possible. there is also a wonderful beach and sea nearby.

sea view clean hotel
the rooms were really nice and they overlook the pool and had a sea view. the hotel was spotlessly clean always.
maids talked early hours and they were noisey when i asked polietly to keep the noise down. its not good when everyone is awake at 8am.
