The staff in every area are wonderful. The environment is very Spanish, I loved it. The food was of fantastic quality and value. The pool is actually like two large pools. One is deep, great for swimming.
The parasols need replacing, and the rooms are large but have basic furnishings. Air conditioning is centrally controlled, I prefer much cooler air.

The pool area offered plenty of sunbeds, so finding a spot was never difficult.
The lack of English-speaking staff created significant communication barriers. Ordering drinks or inquiring about hotel services often required translation apps and patience. This was particularly frustrating as I struggled to understand basic information about activities..

The hotel's pool was beautiful and the palm trees surrounding it created a lovely atmosphere. rooms were spacious and the beds provided comfort. the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I felt welcome .
the outdoor chairs had some bird droppings, it was noticeable.

The staff were very accommodating. They promptly addressed my request to move to a quieter area. they even assisted with a punctured tire on my rental car, arranged for a garage to come to the hotel to replace it.

The pool area was lovely. It featured many sunbeds and provided ample room. The staff were great. They delivered bread, biscuits, and cake to our dining table to accommodate my wife's gluten-free needs.
The gym's cardio machines were old. The treadmill and cross trainers did not work.
