the location was convenient, placing me close to shops, bars and the beach.
the lack of staff was noticeable, especially at the bar where long queues formed. only one bar served many guests, most of whom were not all-inclusive. the self-service option for all-inclusive guests was not working.. i never received a response when i inquired about it. the pool area lacked discipline and proper hygiene.

i really liked the hotel's location! it was just across the road from the beach, wow. the restaurant was very well organized and had plenty of food and drink stations. i was really impressed with the views of the beach and sea.
The bar service was very slow. there was just one bar for many people. i sometimes waited 15 to 20 minutes to order a drink. the pool seemed to lack organization. It was like being in the military with a whistle to hurry people along.

it was noisy, my room was over the entertainment area. the sound was very loud and i found it hard to relax. i think they should resolve this problem.

The swimming pool was a highlight, possibly the best pool I have encountered. The sun loungers looked brand new and offered considerable comfort. Daily room cleaning kept everything fresh and spacious. I also found the gym to have a respectable selection of what looked like brand new equipment.
I noticed the absence of tables between sunbeds, which would have made placing drinks easier.
