the rooftop pool had panoramic views. i also appreciated the discount on the spa prices since i booked at the hotel. it was really beneficial, and the baths themselves were very nice. the location allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and bars.

wonderful stay

the staff was cute and helpful i found the bed comfortable i enjoyed the shower with loccitane products the spa was superb i also appreciated the rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views the location made it easy to reach sites nearby. i would especially thank mina and inma for their help at reception i really want to return the food options nearby were great. the hotel had a signature scent called orange garden i found everywhere smelled wonderful. i found the location downtown to be close to tapas places.
the mirrored glass toilet door isn't flush to the wall therefore any activity is heard in the rest of the suite this was a slight inconvenience.

Good Stay and Amazing Spa

I was grateful for the helpful staff, they gave us directions to a car park near to the hotel. The car remained there during our trip, as everything was within easy walking distance. A 25% discount on spa treatments was offered upon check in. The rooftop pool was very cute. It was perfect for a quick dip after walking all day.
The stairs and entrance were too dark. There was not enough lighting at stairs and doors, so I could not see where I was going to open doors. The decking on terrace need attention. It was dangerous and rundown.

i found the staff REALLY friendly and helpful. my room was spacious. it also was well cleaned and maintained. i liked that the hotel has a spa with thermal pools, a salt bath, a steam room and jacuzzi baths.
the phone in my room didn't work. the mirrored glass toilet door isn't flush to the wall SO any noise travels.

the double or twin room offered a lovely design , it included a very comfortable bed , and i found the hot shower good. the location seemed very close to various restaurants and a manageable distance to the coast. staff were excellent and the baths were divine.
the decor looked mostly black and slightly shabby , this created a less cute ambiance.
