amazing hotel experience!

great location clean room
The location was fantastic. Right next to the cathedral. i stayed in the superior double room, really spacious and spotlessly clean. i definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It's a real gem!
The lack of information upon arrival was a small issue. i only discovered the roof terrace by chance. The qr code in the room had minimal information. more details about the hotel's amenities could be readily available.

The hotel is steps away from the central historical center. Awesome location. many points of interest were easy to access. I could walk to everything. the neighborhood felt safe even late at night. So reassuring.

The staff was very helpful. They even assisted with parking. due to travel delays, i arrived quite late. The staff happily provided supper after the kitchen closed. their attentiveness was very appreciated.

Underwhelming Stay. Problems Noticed

constant noise insufficient amenities
My room faced an inner courtyard. A motor made noise all night. The beds felt old. They seemed like individual beds pushed together, not a proper double. The room lacked warmth, also it wasn't cleaned well. Rings from bottles marked the nightstand. No slippers or many amenities existed for the hotel rating. Only water filled the mini bar.

I had the superior double room. It was spacious. the shower was powerful and had great temperature control. breakfast included fresh fruit and local pastries. I thought it was delicious.
the cathedral bells rang frequently, though i quickly got used to them!

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night. I also found the staff to be helpful and efficient throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views. I liked it at night (a true gem!).
I found the corridors leading to the bedrooms a bit bare.
