building works overcharged minibar

the room was comfortable and uniquely furnished, it was a beautiful room.

the building works next door caused a lot of noise starting at 6:30 in the morning, the staff were not apologetic about this when i complained at check out and they overcharged me from the minibar too.

gorgeous room friendly staff good breakfast inflexible dates building works reluctant refund

the room was gorgeous it was spacious and stylishly decorated and furnished the staff were super friendly and helpful i found the breakfast options good.

the hotel is unwilling to change arrival dates even when asked weeks in advance due to a surgery i could not make the trip the hotel was reluctant to refund the building works next door meant workers start shouting and knocking down walls every morning between 6.30 and 7.00.

the room was spacious with everything i needed. the bathroom was huge. i found the breakfast great.

the staff was argumentative when i raised concerns. i was told it was not the hotel's fault. i was overcharged from the mini bar on check out.
