the location was indeed central. i walked to many attractions. it was convenient. the staff were helpful. they provided clear directions. the room was clean. the bedding was fresh.

the air conditioning barely worked in my room. it struggled to cool the space. the room felt warm at night. the breakfast selection seemed limited. the orange juice tasted quite watery. i stuck to apple juice instead.

amazing experience!

helpful staff lovely view

i had a smooth check-in process. janka was helpful. i was fortunate to be given a room on the upper floor. the view was lovely and i enjoyed the overall service.

the room was quite small and the amenities in general are quite poor. breakfast had very limited options. the bed was a topper and it was a bit uncomfortable sometimes.

i found the location super convenient with easy access to transport. the room was clean and modern, it had everything i needed. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a good variety and fresh options.

the pillows provided were too soft for my personal preference.

good location safe area surprise gift limited air conditioning warm room guest comfort

the location is very good. there are shops, restaurants, bus stops, metro, and tram near the location. its area is safe. i was lucky to be selected as guest for the day. i had a surprise gift and a room with a view.

the hotel management decided to limit the air conditioning to a minimum of 25°c. this decision saves on costs. this made the room uncomfortably warm. it affected the quality of my stay.

convenient location helpful staff soft pillows weak coffee

the location was convenient for exploring the city. it was close to public transportation options. the room had basic amenities and was clean (i really appreciated the daily housekeeping). the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

the breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. the coffee tasted weak (maybe it was just me?). the room lacked a mini-fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. the pillows were too soft.
