The breakfast had a good variety and I appreciated the fresh options. The location was excellent with easy access to key attractions via walking. Staff interactions were polite and helpful . The air conditioning in my room worked very efficiently so temperature was never a concern.

I noticed a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom. The shower rail also seemed a bit unstable.

my room lacked soundproofing it let in noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic. the constant sounds made it difficult to rest especially during sleeping hours it was a significant disturbance.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was hot. also, the breakfast area felt too small. getting a table some mornings was a challenge, and i was like i was always in someones way. there weren't enough options, in my opinion. it was a hassle.
