The breakfast had lots of choice. i especially liked the pancake machine, it was like a novelty! i found the staff to be friendly and helpful whenever i spoke with them. the location worked well. I could walk to shops, restaurants and the river.

the room lacked slippers, so i had to walk around in socks. the minibar did not cool, resulting in warm drinks only. in standard rooms, there are no standard windows.

I appreciated the very clean and modern room. The bed provided great comfort. I also liked the checkout at 12 noon. This was a nice surprise. It gave me extra time to prepare for my departure.

the location was really good. the hotel was also very pleasant. the staff were helpful. i found this aspect quite positive.

breakfast was disappointing. i noticed that containers were empty at 10 am even if it was stated that it went on until 10.30. i was charged four euro for oats. i thought this was a bit excessive.
