the hotel staff was very helpful arranging airport transfers at the end of my stay. my room was generous and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent it had a good variety.

the room's carpet was a bit dirty with a few noticeable spots.

a wonderful stay near the castle

clean hotel convenient location excellent cuisine

the hotel was very clean. i really liked it was located so close to the castle and restaurants. the restaurants included a range of options from Jamie Oliver to typical Hungarian cuisine. the hotel location is excellent and very convenient for sightseeing.

one bottle of water was in the room upon arrival, but not replenished.

breakfast had standard offerings from pastries to cooked items. there was a wide selection available. the hotel had rolls and the bar was open, so we had food and a drink. there are Amazing food options around.

the reception staff were helpful and available. staff members were very FRIENDLY and professional. the reception team promptly provided another room when the initial assignment was incorrect. lazlo was very helpful providing directions, bus routes, and restaurant suggestions.

the hotel is located two minutes from the castle. it is easy to get transport into pest. you CAN walk into pest and see lots on the way. the hotel is close to the castle and fisherman's bastion.

the hotel is beautiful. it is a clean hotel. with a walk to the chain bridge, guests can access the pest side. you can walk across to the pest side of the city.
