I found the hotel very close to many sightseeing places, a great advantage. the breakfast included many options and i enjoyed it every morning. the staff was helpful with directions, even when i asked more than once. i also appreciated the parking. It made travel easier.
the refrigerator in my room made a lot of noise. it sometimes woke me up during the night.

the hotel is in a calm residential area, close to good restaurants. it is more authentic than the central area. the hotel is close to the city center and a metro stop, made getting around easy.

i found the staff very helpful, they answered all my questions. the breakfast staff helped me locate a lost item. parking at the hotel was well priced, so i did not struggle to find somewhere safe for my vehicle.

The room was large and very clean. I especially liked the balcony. the bed and pillows were comfortable, so i slept well. the hotel provided daily cleaning service and towel changes for my convenience.

The location was acceptable. It allowed quick access to nearby attractions.
The room i got was quite disappointing. It looked nothing like the photos online and felt very dated. there were even some noticeable holes in the walls, which didn't exactly enhance the experience. the evening staff was also unhelpful, refusing to serve any drinks, not even water. It was a rather uncomfortable experience.

I found the room clean and spacious, made settling in easy. The breakfast had a wide variety, so I always found something to eat. The staff was helpful. They answered my questions quickly. I used the parking behind the hotel. It cost 13 Euros per day.
The church bell nearby rang frequently. It sometimes disturbed the quiet.

The location is great. I could easily walk to heroes square! parking was super secured, i felt so safe leaving my car there. the staff members were friendly, they greeted me with smiles every time i walked past.
The minibar was empty upon arrival. I had to call reception to request items.

The location provides easy access to various attractions. I appreciated the proximity to Heroes' Square. It was only a short walk. Trams are also nearby, and they provide transportation to other areas.
The walls seemed thin. I could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.
