The location was fantastic. The metro connections were very accessible. The area offered nice shopping, cafes, and restaurants. Staff members were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily.

The overall service was not always good. Sometimes only one employee staffed the reception. The television in my room did not work. The safe broke. The batteries were empty.

the air conditioning had a limitation on how cold it could be set. the room did not have an iron, inconvenient.

The location was great near the opera (i walked almost everywhere). metro stations, shops and restaurants were close by. the room was big and clean. It was newly renovated. a lot of comfortable pillows were on the bed.

the elevator was quite small.
